mySlate for iPad!

April 30th, 2010

mySlate is the first app designed to take your iPad from a single user device to one you can share with the whole family, yet not have to share your bookmarks, pictures and videos with everyone.

mySlate is designed with privacy in mind. Everything is kept separate from one user to the next – bookmarks, web cookies, images and videos. Nothing is shared between different users. Even using the built in FTP server you have no access to each other’s files since when connecting to the device you’re automatically put into the logged on user’s documents folder.

Note: mySlate is very much a first shot at an iPad app. It was built strictly using the simulator since the device had not shipped yet. I am actively fine tuning the application now that I have my own iPad. Also, I’m upgrading the artwork. It’s terrible but my designer was sick… so what can you do!

I am open to suggestions for how to make mySlate the best app of its kind – so please hit the support link and send your suggestions!
